A boba place that has really strong tea base. I'm usually pretty jittery after drinking tea brick drinks. You can order from the kiosk or with a person at the register. I would recommend the kiosk because usually no one is at the register and you have to wait forever for someone to actually acknowledge you. I usually get the Christine or green milk tea with pudding. I would recommended ordering their drinks with 75% sugar since the tea is really strong and bitter. The Christine - A really fruity and refreshing drink, but tea is really strong and sometimes too bitter and overpowering. Green milk tea - Very milky. I usually get pudding which makes the drink sweeter. I ordered grass jelly once and it was not the grass jelly that I'm used to from boba shops. The texture was much harder and not as sweet. Sometimes the drinks can take a while to come out but they have plenty of seats available for you to sit and wait or to just hang out.

One word - Yummy! I got the peach lychee in black tea, hubby got the same but in green tea, and offspring got the milk tea. We are all very satisfied with our drink. Not to mention it comes in a cute cup too.

Just another short tea review. This place is narrow with a brick facade. There are outlets on the seats along the wall and the vibe is generallly pop music. The contact with service is minimal but the tea drinks here are top notch. The drinks technically come in two sizes, a normal plastic cup and a sort of souvenir cup which is slightly larger. I tried a vanilla ice cream milk tea drink which was rich and delightful and left a silky vanilla taste in my mouth and a honeydew milk tea which was had a clear and strong honeydew taste to it. All in all, I enjoyed my milk tea beverages here and would recommend out of the bevy of tea options in the area.

One of other go-to spots for fruits teas. We ordered The Vanessa Tea & Dragon Ball. Both were pretty good. However, the sweetness level is still very sweet at 25%. Tastea and Summerfield are still better for fruit teas. Quick service. You can order thru the kiosk or the staff. It's always not busy when we stop by so that's a good thing. We usually park on the streets cuz it's hard to find parking in their lot and we don't like parking in their underground parking structure.
